These cover the website only. BidWorks the application is not yet available and will have its own agreement.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the BidWorks website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by BidWorks Inc., 57 Arbour Crest Close NW, Calgary, Alberta T3G 4G9, Canada.

These terms cover the website only. BidWorks the application is not yet available. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide the application, and using the site does not create any right to it. When the application launches it will have its own agreement.

2. What this site is for

The site describes BidWorks, a procurement and bid management platform in development, and lets you request a demonstration or ask to join the design partner programme.

Everything on the site is provided for general information. It is not advice, it is not a quotation, and it does not create a contract between us.

3. Requesting a demo or joining the design partner programme

When you submit the form you are asking us to get in touch. That is all it is.

  • We are not obliged to accept any request, provide a demonstration, or admit anyone to the design partner programme.
  • Submitting the form does not reserve a place, a price, or a launch date.
  • Please give us accurate information. If you submit on behalf of an organization, please make sure you are entitled to.

4. Pricing shown on this site

Any prices on this site are in Canadian dollars, are indicative, and are subject to change. They exclude taxes. They are not an offer, and a price becomes binding only in a written agreement signed by both of us.

Estimates we give you, whether on the site or in conversation, are estimates.

5. Statements about the product

BidWorks is in development. Descriptions of features on this site describe what the product is designed to do, and some of it is not yet built. We try to be accurate and we do not knowingly overstate what exists, but you should not make a purchasing or business decision in reliance on a feature description alone. Ask us what is built today and we will tell you plainly.

6. Our content

The content of this site, including text, design, layout, graphics and the BidWorks name and marks, belongs to BidWorks Inc. or is used with permission.

You may read it, and share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, republish it commercially, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Fonts and icons used on this site are licensed from their respective owners under open source licences.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Use the site unlawfully, or to do anything unlawful.
  • Submit false information, or someone else's information without their permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades it, or by attempting to overwhelm the form.
  • Introduce anything malicious.

We may restrict access if any of this happens.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable.

9. Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not control, the link is for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of that site and a link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly stated here, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BidWorks Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to To be confirmed: a nominal amount, commonly CAD $100, since the site is informational and no money changes hands here.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BidWorks Inc. against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to them.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up. These terms are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site.
