Pricing

Priced per company, not per seat.

Owners are priced per company by size and number of locations rather than by user count, because adding a colleague to a bid should not cost you anything. Contractor and prime tiers are flat.

All figures are in Canadian dollars, per month. There is no trial.

Pricing FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How is BidWorks priced?

Per company, not per user. Owners are priced on organizational complexity, mainly the number of locations that will actively use BidWorks. Contractor and prime tiers are a flat figure per company.

Why is there no price shown for owners?

Because the figure depends on your footprint, and a number that does not apply to you is worse than no number. Tell us your size and we will give you a real estimate rather than a list price you would have to correct.

What drives an owner's price?

Four things: how many field offices or facilities will actively use BidWorks excluding head office, whether you also run projects as a prime for other owners, which AI features you want, and whether you need integrations such as ERP, single sign-on or document management.

Which owner tier will we be?

It follows from the number of field offices. No additional field offices is single site. Roughly one to nine is small. Ten or more is enterprise. We confirm it with you rather than assuming.

Which contractor tier should we choose?

Invited if you respond to clients you already work with. Pro if you want to see matching work you were not invited to, and want the pre-submit review. Growth if you run several offices that need their own pipelines under one account.

Who pays the prime contractor fee?

It can be paid directly by the prime, or sponsored by an owner as part of a wider agreement.

Is there a free trial?

No. We would rather show you the product against your own process and let you decide from that, which is what a demo is for.

What currency are these figures in?

Canadian dollars. Figures shown are per month and exclude taxes.
