What BidWorks is for.
BidWorks is a bid and procurement platform for industrial organizations that rely on contractors and prime contractors to deliver work across multiple field locations. It encodes a company's procurement rules, workflows and approval structures into the software, then runs every bid through them.
The problem it exists to solve
In multi-site industrial procurement the policy usually exists. What is missing is a way to make every bid follow it, whether that bid starts at head office, at a field office, or with a prime contractor acting on the owner's behalf. Bids get assembled over email and spreadsheets, evaluation rationale ends up scattered, and contractor performance is rarely captured in a form that shapes the next invitation.
Where we are
BidWorks is in development and the design partner programme is open. We are working with owners, prime contractors and service contractors who want to shape the product before general release. We will tell you plainly which parts are built today and which are not.
